Fishing is about catching fish…you already know that right? But what if I told you that being comfortable would catch you more fish….you’d think I’d lost the plot!
I’m a big believer in positive thinking…not the here fishy fishy thing but just setting out with the job in hand in the right frame of mind. If you tie a rig or make a cast that’s not quite on the money you are more likely to correct it if you are in a positive frame of mind and less likely to think well…it will do or it’s close enough. Of course you don’t need me to tell you that sometimes it’s the small of changes that result in a bonus fish. If you are cold, wet and hungry you can’t focus and concentrate on your fishing….so yes I do believe being comfortable can affect your catch rate.
