Shipping policy

We offer delivery for your orders via courier, and you are also welcome to do a self collection in our shop.

FISH ON will deliver your order to you as soon as possible, and delivery can take anything from 2-3 business days depending on your location. We need at least a day for order processing. For urgent orders CALL US to make arrangements and we’ll assist to the best of our abilities. We will notify you if we are unable to deliver your order in the requested time or overall. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.
 
FISH ON’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. FISH ON is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.
